First of all, we use Vincere, a web-based hiring platform, to assist in our recruiting process. As part of that process Vincere will be processing the personal information you've shared in accordance with BringOnBoard instructions.

You declare that you have understood and acknowledged the information contained herein, that you have provided your data on a voluntary basis, and that you expressly consent to the processing of your data in accordance with this Privacy Notice.

Scope of the data‍
When you apply for a job posted by us, the information we collect / you provide is used to determine whether or not you're a good fit for current and future roles at our company.

We collect the data provided in the CV (generally): Name, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, photo, qualifications, skills, former employers, education, hobbies, and personal assessment.

Duration of data processing‍
We'll hold on to your data for up to 24 months and if it turns out we'd like to keep it around longer, we'll reach out to you for consent first.

Data transfer
In case we transfer the data to other partners, for other positions, we inform the candidate in advance thereof, and they can object to the data transfer via a message sent to the Data Controller. We only transfer the CVs to our clients whom we have already talked with personally or over the phone.
